A. REPORTING A COVID SHOT ADVERSE REACTION IN CANADA
It’s important to report any reaction or injury to the covid injection, whether mild or serious, in order to: a) have clear documentation in case your condition becomes worse; b) potentially access the Vaccine Injury Support Program; and c) gain a broader understanding of the negative reactions to the covid injections being promoted, and in some cases, being forced on Canadians by various levels of government through workplace mandates and other incentives.
Report through a doctor or hospital
If you experience any type of reaction following your covid-19 injection, whether mild or severe, visit your doctor or a hospital to ensure it is documented. According to the Health Canada Serious Adverse Event reporting webpage, the health professional should “complete appropriate Adverse Events following Immunization (AEFI) Form and send it to their local Health Unit in your province/territory”. As of today, November 26, 2021, the government of Canada or Yukon does not offer a means for self-reporting a covid injection injury.
However, Vaccine Choice Canada offers these suggestions in addition to reporting to your doctor:
- Voluntarily submit your own AEFI form to your local health authority (send it registered mail)
- Submit a report through these three vaccine injury trackers:

It’s important to note that according to many vaccine safety advocates, only 10% of vaccine injuries are ever reported.

With all the hysteria over Covid, people have been told the only way to survive is to rely on pharmaceutical drugs and experimental gene-mutating mRNA vaccines. That seems odd, when we consider that people have existed for roughly 4 million years without such things, and have been multiplying in ever bigger numbers. How did we stay alive before vaccines and drugs?
Did you know that properly-fed populations—meaning properly-supplied with vitamins and minerals—did not know heart attacks, cancer, Alzheimer’s, diabetes or even cavities? Yes, in an entire village of several hundred people there was maybe one cavity in total – no half yearly cleaning visits at the dental hygienist either.
What fairy tales, you say! Hardly. Read up on Weston A. Price’s book “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration”. Dr. Price was a Canadian dentist practicing in the US who in the 1930’s travelled around the globe to observe traditional peoples. He did concise studies, took photos, made notes, examined teeth, asked about nutrition, and discovered Vitamin K2.

What to Eat
-buy organic, local, grassfed, wild, go hunt and forage, grow your own pesticide free-
- Toss the vegetable oils – NOW! (that is, all vegetable oils other than cold- or expeller-expressed)
Your body needs, craves, and does best on, saturated fats like butter, coconut, lard, tallow (there were no heart attacks before 1900—and margarine had not been invented yet).
Vegetable oils are unstable, rancid, highly processed through high heating, chemicals and denaturing of its components. It causes inflammation that leads to cardiovascular disease, cancer, Parkinson, Alzheimer’s, etc.
- Toss the cereal – all of it—including your organic granola. Do not let your kids make this decision for you.
If you feed rats on a cereal only diet they die within two weeks, while those rats that eat the box the cereal came in survive longer. Cereal is highly processed and denatured. This makes it toxic.
- Avoid commercial bakery products
These products are full of weird additives (including the blue foam that our camping mats were made out of – not kidding!). They don’t even use yeast, they are toxic. Commercial bakery products are also mostly not organic. This means that they contain vast amounts of glyphosate, which is the main ingredient in the herbicide Roundup. It was first developed as an antibiotic. It destroys your gut. Healthy people have a good gut biome. Unhealthy people have holes in their guts that are caused by glyphosate (and other things like lack of Vitamin D) and a poor microbiome.
Bakery products are full of sugars and carbohydrates. These two things, more than anything else are the root cause of all of our modern illnesses like cancer, cardiovascular, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, etc. There is a reason why people on ketogenic diets regenerate.
- Cook your own food
Unfortunately commercial food companies seem unable to provide an honest product. They use any shortcut and deception possible. Every time you eat one of their products you load up on toxins while not taking in nutrition. Nutrition for your body is healthy fats, minerals and vitamins. Also unfortunately, it is hard to get a restaurant meal that is healthy.
- Buy organic
A higher price tag does not mean that organic foods are more expensive. They contain a higher concentration of minerals and vitamins per pound, so you are getting your money’s worth. Their much lower toxin load gives your already overwhelmed body breathing room to deal with other toxins it takes in. Avoid all grain products that are not organic. They contain glyphosate – the acting agent in the weed killer Roundup (now in court for causing cancer).
- Make sure you get enough: Vitamin D (supplement in winter); vitamin C and K2; all the B vitamins; vitamin A; Magnesium; zinc; copper; iodine. Don’t just take supplements. Some of them are toxic, some cause cancer, a lot are not bio-available to the body (the body cannot uptake them from its artificial form). Research your supplements well. - Take high quality cod liver oil like Rosita or Green Pastures
- Eat liver and other organ meats from PASTURED animals
Do NOT eat commercial meat. It is full of hormones, antibiotics and lacks in nutrients because these animals were not kept the way animals require. You are what you eat. Absolutely. You can also buy desiccated liver and organ meats (dried and in pills).
- Make bone broth by slow cooking your pastured chicken and beef bones
- Eat and make properly fermented foods (sauerkraut, kefir, homemade yoghurt – the commercial ones all contain milk powder which is also denatured, toxic and lacks fat)
- Eat pastured eggs – pastured always means the animal was running around on a pasture, which is the only way to get proper amounts of vitamin K2
- Eat full-fat only – the more good fats you eat, the more satisfied you are. Your overweight will start to melt away as long as you keep your carbs very low. Being overweight is a form of malnutrition. You keep eating because you still haven’t gotten your required nutrients. Good fats are saturated fats: grassfed butter, virgin coconut oil, lard (do not buy in store as it contains endocrine disrupters), duck fat, tallow for French Fries
- Eat like the omnivore you are
- Prepare your foods so your digestive system can handle them without breaking in the long run. This means: all grains have to be soured more than 18 hours or sprouted and dried before use (sourdough from the grocery store is not actual sourdough – don’t eat it), all nuts and most seeds need soaking and drying, some veggies HAVE to be cooked or they irritate our system, don’t overheat your food, fry in lard, tallow, butter, coconut oil; change milk into kefir and yoghurt, make ferments
- Do not:
–go near GMO (genetically modified food)
–MSG (Monosodium Glutamate also hiding under names like natural flavor, yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein) – it is a powerful neurotoxin, especially bad for kids, also contained in pop
-artificial colours, flavours, additives, preservatives – if you can’t read it, don’t eat it
-commercial ice-cream (full of glycol and other things that shouldn’t be in food)
-commercial bone broth or bouillon or soups – it’s basically all MSG
-farmed sea food – it does not contain the nutrients wild seafood has
-irradiated food – that’s food that has been radiated with radioactive rays to stop it from growing and spoiling and would include all non-organic spices, but also fruits and vegetables
-sweeteners that are not cane sugar, maple syrup or honey — absolutely avoid under all circumstances high fructose corn syrup and zero calorie sweeteners as they WILL cause liver disease
-soy that is not fermented as it causes confusion with female hormones (also in men and will give boys a baby penis and boobs if soy formula is used for vegan bottle feedings)
-fake meat – this is not food so your body doesn’t know it, can’t digest it, and it is full of toxins
-low fat products, especially on milk products as it renders the milk sugar quite potent, destroys your liver, and low fat milk products like all yogurts are beefed up with dry milk powder which again is full of milk sugar as well as denatured do to the heating process – eat your fat and you will be happy, slim and healthy
-ultra heated food
-food that has a forever shelf life
-and again margarine, vegetable oils, cereal, commercial bakery items, sugar, and obviously pop and junk food – duh
Not all water is created equal. Municipal water is full of chlorine and chloramines that destroy your good gut bacteria. It can also contain fluorides, heavy metal traces, pharmaceutical traces like birth-control pills, antibiotics and more. If you depend on municipal water then at the very least put in a coal filter for the chlorine. At very best think about restructured and oxygenated water.
EMFs, 5G, Cellphone, Microwaves, Cell towers, Modems, Bluetooth, Wireless and other waves
All of these are extremely harmful, cause cancer and disrupt your body’s functions. They cause dizziness, nausea, blood clots, heart palpitations, insomnia, lowered libido, depression, headaches, brain fog, fatigue, dry cough, irritability, skin problems, loss of appetite, memory loss and more. Some of this sound familiar? To you, or to the signs of Covid? A massive 5G roll out has happened in all the Covid hotspots around the world like Wuhan, New York, northern Italy. Coincidence?
Evidence and studies done over more than a decade are stressing hidden dangers and are turning up new issues all the time – happily suppressed as much as possible by the telecom industry. Even using your cell for only 30 min a day, can have a two week repercussion for your body. Putting your laptop onto your testicles … is a great way to practice birth control.
We are essentially electronic beings – not because of our cell phone useage but because important processes in our body are run by ions. Disrupting these functions by all these new waves means disrupting bodily performance, which can be deadly. Children are affected the worst –some are dying of radiation already-, as are electro-sensitive people (their number is growing and already way above 15%). These people cannot live in a normal household or work in a regular environment without serious health repercussions.
Even if you are not noticing anything, or think you aren’t, radiation all around you is a ticking time bomb. Consider it the new smoking – in the 1940’s and ‘50’s people were told smoking is good for them. It was not ‘considered’ harmful until the 1990’s when cancer and heart disease caught up and studies came in (which the tobacco industry tried to suppress as long as possible).
It cannot be stressed enough how dangerous these harmless devices are and how big a toll they take on your health. Furthermore, governments and tele industry are doing their very best to roll out 5G – regardless of the lives it costs. Do not let them. Do not install a smart meter. Do not use wireless in your home. Back to cables and cords!
BOTTOM LINE: The less exposure you have to wireless technology the better. And the farther away from your body the better. (No phone in your bra or pants – cancer!)

-formaldehyde, benzenes, cadmium, fluoride etc. in drinking water
-pesticides and toxins in huge forces in food
-all pharmaceutical drugs have toxins in them
-Aluminum is used in tap water (as a flocculants), spewed out from fertilizer and jet engines, included in toothpaste, mouthwash, skin care, sunscreen, infant formula, leeches from cookie sheets, tinfoil, and cookware, is found in marijuana in huge doses, and the same in vaccines
-Teflon should not be eaten – discard that cookware immediately
-sunscreen is very damaging – get tanned, wear clothes, put a hat on and don’t forget we NEED vitamin D, which is actually no vitamin at all but a hormone vital for immune function (and other functions)
Clean up your house
- Discard all commercial cleaning products – my house is sparkling clean and I use vinegar, lemon juice and nontoxic dish soap — that’s it!!!!
- Discard all personal care products from the drug store — go to Aroma Borealis to restock and shop at places like https://livinglibations.com and use coconut fat
- Laundry detergents are full of harmful substances, especially the perfumes they contain. Get these sheets instead https://www.tru.earth (also at Riverside Groceries)
- Dishwasher detergent is toxic! Wash by hand or use brands like Ecover and Seventh Generation (Canadian Tire) — same for the dish soap
- Microwave – throw out! It deranges your food (deforms the cells and therefore turns it into a toxin that your body must discard of because it can’t digest or use it – see also radiation above)
- No food in plastic containers- they leach toxins, no tin foil, no Teflon. Go for stainless steel, cast iron, glass, ceramic – this accounts for all things from cookie sheets, to food storage, to canning, to frying pans and pots. Buy wax covered cloth instead of saran wrap (e.g. Abeego at Riverside)
